 1. By participating in any of the programs, I confirm that I am in good health and have consulted a healthcare professional if necessary. I understand the risks associated with physical activity and agree to assume responsibility for my safety. I release the program provider from any liability for injuries or accidents. I voluntarily consent to participate in the program

2. From time to time, we may capture screenshots, short video clips, or other media from sessions for use in marketing and promotional materials. Any such media will be carefully selected  
3. Since the sessions are planned in advance, we follow no refund policy
4. I affirm that I have read this in its entirety and that I understand the nature of the practical exercise sessions. I also confirm that my questions regarding the exercise program have been answered to my satisfaction.
